I stayed at this hotel during Ramadan, and while the price was on the higher side, the overall experience made up for it. Location The hotel is conveniently situated, making it a great choice for exploring the area. Despite the property being a bit outdated, its prime location is definitely a plus. Service: I arrived very early at 4 AM (a full 12 hours before check-in), which led to a bit of a rough start. However, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Despite only having a security guard and housekeeping staff on duty at that hour, they managed to assist me, and I was checked in by 8 AM—a gesture I truly appreciated. The staff are the real starsof this hotel. Mr. Farouk was especially outstanding, assisting me with almost everything I needed. Housekeeping ensured I was always well-stocked with essentials, and the night manager was incredibly attentive—he would quickly step in to open doors or hold the elevator, showing great hospitality. Price & Overall Experience: While the price was a bit steep, especially during Ramadan, the exceptional service and great location more than made up for it. Though the hotel itself feels a little outdated, the warm and attentive staff truly elevate the experience. Highly recommended!

I was a bit hesitant based on the reviews here, but to my surprise, the hotel management was very kind and polite, Mr Ayman was very polite and made our check-in process very smooth, Mr Rakan helped us with any valid requests with his amazing smile, and the manager Mr Mohammad was very helplful Unlike the popular reviews here, The rooms were very clean, shower pressure was good, and even hot water was available Would definitely come back here in sha Allah

The location is amazing and very close to haram. You can visit Masjid Abu Baker , Masjid Ghamamh and masjid Ali bin Abi talib any time very close to haram madina Masjid nabwi just 5 minute walk. For online booking you can ask for tea coffee, electric kettle etc as well. They provided me daily. For room service you have to follow up.
